What's new in January 2022

Five new books have been published on British Academy Scholarship Online (BASO), adding to the History module.

These books cover a diverse range of subjects, from business and family in the North of England during the early Industrial Revolution, and from the present as a locus of particularly intense reflection in Western Europe to a detailed study of the handloom industry in colonial South India between 1800 and 1960.
